That heather is the best bang for your buck. What you gain is clean look at the bottom of the engine and at front of the rear wheel.
What you lose is about 28LB of the cat-fat and the ball of heat from your feet !!!
The fitting is bolt on, no problems installing it at all.
Note: you need to clean it with break cleaner as is new prior of installation, all finger prints left at the time of installation will bake on the pipe if not removed before initial running the engine. o2 sensor port lets you install the sensor so you don't need to replace your ECU, engine seam not to be effected by the mod.
