I've got this seat and I love it. I've ridden Corbin and Sergeant before but I like the DP seat the best. The Corbin was really hard and the Sergeant was too tall for me, since I'm only 5'6". The DP seat is fairly low, is very comfy, and has storage beneath it (which the Corbin doesn't have). I never had any trouble with the seat getting too hot in the sun, but maybe that's because I'm in Indiana where it doesn't get too hot.
The fit and finish on my seat was perfect and it's a ton nicer than the stock seat! Height wise it seems to be lower than the stock seat height on big monsters and about the same height as the stock seat height on the 620/695.

Having a bony butt, (5'10, 140lbs) this seat is definitely an improvement over stock. It also sits a bit lower and I like what that does to how the bike handles. However the lower seat shortens the legroom so I'm considering rearsets or lower pegs. Overall the seat looks and feels fantastic for both rider and passenger. ONE THINGS TO WATCH; my seat arrived with a tear or rip in the front corner (1/4 inch) where it meets the tank. If you search ducati forums, you'll see that I'm not the only one whose seat arrived like this. I considered returning it, but I liked the seat so much that when I saw it was out of stock and I would have to wait for a replacement, I stitched it up and stuck some clear nail polish on it cause I'm not riding without it anymore. It would have been nice to get one in perfect condition though.
