This is perfect for my DM 796 2011. But please measures carefully the holes before you drill to attached the controlled (lights, starter, clutch, throttle) The gold color so beautiful. Plus with Rizoma Sport Line Grip is perfect.

Putting the bars on is pretty normal. Make sure to try not to disconnect the switch on the clutch perch. Just remember to adjust your steering stops so that the controls don't hit the tank when you turn the bars. Huge difference in comfort and overall handling for the bike. No weird bend. These bars are slightly higher and closer to the rider.
