Returns are accepted within 30 days from time of purchase for items in new condition only. Items must include all parts and packaging, and be sent with an Return Authorization number. To obtain a Return Autorization number, email info@monsterparts.com before shipping the return.
Accepted returns will be refunded for the purchase price (no restocking fees are charged). Shipping charges are not refundable.
Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
Special order items are sold with all sales final, and may not be returned.
